Cuz you act as a kid.
PJ cleaned up the thread and asked you to stop writing comments like "he said she said", and that's what you did a few hours later...

The UR crank pulley stock size that I bought does have the metal sleeves that prevents oil leak. Maybe UR changed their design lately.

My understanding is that there is only one single belt that goes along many pulleys, and that belt is 36$ as per Tony. However, they did NOT change the belt on my car because the mechanic saw that the belt is still good. Perhaps the previous owner has changed the belt already once.

You are talking about two belts here, maybe because you are replacing 3 pulleys instead of just the crank pulley ?

As far as i'm concerned, there can only be one belt going through the crank pulley, and Tony quoted 36$ for one belt, loll, so if you need two belts, the price seems to be ok for each belt.

Gates belts are probably not as good as OEM (maybe, maybe not), but they were 32$ for both :P

I'll go with OEM belts to be 100% safe !!!!!

I asked Tony which belt I should choose, between the OEM one and the Gates one and he said OEM. If the price is close between the two, you can't go wrong with the OEM belt, plus they cannot blame you for using aftermarket products later :).
